"My room had a broken down recliner chair in it. I made the front desk aware and they told me it would be replaced. At the point of my checking out on 9/5, the recliner had never been replaced! Also the comforter on the bed was dirty and the hotel itself had a odor! I am truly disappointed in this especially since the repeatedly deceived me about replacing the chair! This is not good business practice."
